OVERVIEW. This part lists necrologies, obituary notices and some commemorative or retrospective memorials. Such sketches are cited here only if the citationist refers to the Grand Canyon or the Colorado River; others commemorate individuals who were prominent in the history of these regions. Various notices of persons who died while at Grand Canyon are included here. A few beloved animals are also memorialized.
